Our partnership with the National Community Action Partnership arose from our ongoing relationships with the national office and numerous local Community Action Agencies. These relationships pointed to the need for a consistent risk management resource for Community Action Agencies that is knowledgeable about these agencies' activities and experienced in providing appropriate programs for their unique operational environment.
We're proud to have the endorsement of the National Community Action Association. We have always strived to learn, in depth, how our clients work, what challenges they may face and how they respond to their market forces.
At DDR, we have created a support team dedicated to serving the Community Action Partnership. In addition to our personal service and 24-hour claims center, we also provide access to coherent risk management information through internet based applications and online services.
